Some Thanksgivings That Stand Out
1971, November 25 – I spent this Thanksgiving with my cousin. My family had driven from Portland, Oregon to Payette, Idaho to pick up a new 24-foot Champion motor home that Dad had ordered. I had refused to go on this sacrilegious excursion over the Holy Thanksgiving Holiday… or at least, that’s what I told my parents.

I guess it's the web page that lumps Van Buren with Alma and Greenwood. Not that It maters as the giant turtel in the never ending story would say. I wonted room under Van Buren. Like Ft Smith and Greenwood and Alma. It might be That I just don't know how to use this Forum and that's very possible. But I enjoy typing away, telling my thoughts. I did catch part of the Alma Spinich Festable and it was a lot of fun. Gawd love em. I like the combination of greens and hot peppers. Makes fore an intresting Mourning
